From Friday 16 April 2021, to comply with latest Level 4 Scottish Government Lockdown, we are continuing to operate during the Covid-19 pandemic, with new measures put in place to protect our team, customers and the general public. The Scottish Government has confirmed that Film and TV production can continue to take place during the pandemic:
“Film and TV production can continue operating at all levels and under these further restrictions, but should be done with the minimum number of people needed to operate safely and effectively and in compliance with all relevant Scottish Government and industry safe working guidance.” (Source: www.gov.scot)
The health and safety of our team and community is our top priority and we have developed a Covid-19 risk assessment. Based on this we have introduced some measures to make sure we are safe, healthy and efficient.
Our telephone lines will currently remain closed. You can still contact us via e-mail and social media where you can also request a call back from one of the team. As demand increases, we will enable other forms of communication.
The studio will remain closed to our clients and outdoor collections will be available upon request to protect our team and our clients.
From Friday 16 April 2021 , we will be facilitating a reduced team into our edit studio, and working remotely. The team will be working hard on completing your orders. Production times may be affected and in some cases will be longer than we are all used to. Please be patient with us.
Deep cleans, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitisers are already standard in our studio and for our external production gear. These will continue to be implemented. We have adapted the way we work to make sure our team can social distance and have a safe and healthy working environment. We have also reduced the number of team members who need to access our premises on any given day.
Thank-you for your continued support.
